The Service is intended for users aged 17 and older. If you are under 17, do not use the Service.
2) What SpiraCosplay Does
SpiraCosplay is a community-style space built for cosplay short video. You can browse a curated home feed, watch a full-screen vertical stream, and share your own performances with titles, character, event, story, and hashtag tags. You can also like content and start private chats with other users.
3) Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
A. Information You Provide
- Account information: name (optional), username, email address.
- Profile and content you submit: video files, photos/images, captions, titles, character, event/setting, story/backstory, hashtags, and other text you choose to provide.
- Communications: messages you send in private chats and information you provide when contacting customer support.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Device and technical data: device model, operating system version, language, time zone, app version, unique device identifiers (where permitted), IP address, and network information.
- Usage data and analytics: in-app actions (e.g., views, likes, posting flow events), feature usage, and performance metrics.
- Crash logs and diagnostic data: to identify and fix stability issues.
C. Location Information (If You Allow It)
- If you grant permission, we may collect precise or approximate location information (depending on your device settings) to support features or improve the Service. You can control location permissions in your device settings at any time.

4) Photos, Face Data, and Biometric Information
- We do not perform facial recognition and we do not create or store biometric templates.
- If you choose to use any feature that analyzes an image, we process the image only to provide the requested result and then delete the image data used for that processing.
- By default, photos you select remain stored locally on your device unless you choose to upload them (for example, to post content or to use an optional processing feature).
- We do not use your photos or images for advertising or marketing, and we do not use them to train models.
5) AI-Assisted Features (If Available)
Some features may offer AI-assisted processing (for example, helping you generate or refine text such as titles/hashtags, or providing optional assistance that uses text or images you choose to submit).
- Your text and/or images are processed on our own servers under our control.
- We do not share the content you submit for AI processing with any third party.
- We do not sell, rent, or license that content.
- We delete the submitted content used for AI processing immediately after processing is completed, unless you choose to save or post the output.
- You control whether to upload content for AI processing and whether to generate and save any results.
6) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and maintain the Service (including accounts, feeds, posting, likes, and chat).
- Personalize your experience and improve content discovery (e.g., using hashtags and usage signals).
- Improve the Service (analytics, debugging, product development).
- Protect safety, security, and integrity (fraud prevention, abuse detection, enforcement).
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell personal information.
7) How We Share Information
